Healing Closet Agency Partner Program

The Healing Project’s Healing Closet Agency Partner Program allows social workers, case managers, peer support specialists, and community navigators to shop on behalf of the individuals and families they serve.

This program was created to support professionals working with individuals and families from marginalized communities who may not be able to visit the Healing Closet themselves.

Through this program, partners can access essential resources such as:

• Hygiene products
• Baby supplies
• Household items
• Clothing
• Food

Eligibility

Participation in the Healing Closet Agency Partner Program is limited to professionals who are actively working with individuals and families in need.

To participate in this program, you must be one of the following:

• Social Worker
• Case Manager
• Peer Support Specialist
• Community Navigator

Partners will be shopping as a proxy on behalf of the households they serve.

Individuals who do not hold one of these roles should use the standard Healing Closet community access process instead.

How the Program Works

1. Schedule an Appointment

Partners must schedule a Healing Closet Agency Partner Shopping Appointment through The Healing Project scheduling system.

Each agency may schedule one appointment per month.

2. Sign the Agency Partner Agreement

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a Healing Closet Agency Partner Agreement Form via email from The Healing Project.

This form must be signed before participating in the program.

3. Provide Client Intake Information

Partners may shop for up to five (5) households per appointment.

To complete intake, please come prepared with the following information for each household:

• Client name (or consistent alias if preferred)
• Address
• Date of birth
• Household size

You may submit this information through the partner scheduling link before your appointment, or you may complete the intake form when you arrive.

4. Attend Your Shopping Appointment

Please remember to:

• Bring reusable bags
• Respect the shared space
• Follow Healing Closet guidelines

Scheduling & Attendance Policy

Appointments are scheduled to ensure that resources are distributed fairly and that all partner agencies have access to the Healing Closet.

If you schedule an appointment and cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so another partner agency can shop for families in need.

If you cannot cancel through the scheduling link, please communicate with us by email.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in:

• Removal of your next scheduled appointment
• Temporary suspension from the Healing Closet Agency Partner Program
